Last year Fireworks
Miss it so much. The noise. The cloudy sky smells of fireworks, and the colourful ‘shooting stars’ above the sky. Really miss it… and everything. Miss the old time.
So it is true. Just like the title of Andy Lau’s song. Last year, there were more. More fireworks to be seen.
The coming Ox year, on the eve of it, or days before it comes, fireworks are not much seen.
Is it due to the stricter law enforced by the government? Or is it because of the economic recession?
No. I have no idea what the reason is, but one thing for sure is, the latter reason doesn’t apply to Sibu people for I know very well that it is ridiculous to say that Sibu people are poor.
And guess what? No fireworks because of the law enforcement? Oh, come on. Who don’t know in Sibu, gangsters have more say then the police/law enforcers? Aha!
But then, where is the noise?
Come, please come the noise. At least in 30 minutes when the clock strikes 12 on Jan 26th later.
